Identify more than 10 comm ports [DONE]

Is there a way to detect com port numbers higher than 9? The usb to serial adapters we use sometimes assign com ports with number that can range from 1 to 255. The function CommPorts() works well in finding any port in the range of 1-9, can it be expanded?

This has been done and the latest release includes a test program that shows all the connected ports. You can access the test program from the Developer Environment (File - Open Examples - Comms2).
