Terms and Conditions

Academic pricing. Academic licenses (allowing 12 months non-commercial use) are available in multiples of 20 for a handling fee of US$4.95 per copy. Academic orders must be confirmed in writing by an official of the institution, and must be for delivery to a single location.

Availability and Pricing. All products are currently available, unless shown otherwise in the "Price" column. Prices apply at the date shown at the bottom of this page. Ubercode Software reserves the right to change prices when required.

Countries. Orders are welcome from the following countries: Anguilla, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. If you live elsewhere, please contact Ubercode Software (details below).

Currency. All orders are billed in US$ and the equivalents in other currencies are approximate.

Delivery address. If paying by credit card, goods are sent to the credit card billing address. This is a security requirement. Please check your address carefully, and please include contact phone and email details.

Delivery times. Orders for boxed products and printed documentation are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of order. Delivery takes up to 5 business days and orders should arrive within 8 to 10 business days total. Orders for downloadable products and licenses are processed and dispatched within one business day.

Insurance. This is included with Postage and Packing. Depending on your local postal service, you may have to sign on receipt of goods.

Maintenance and support. Technical Support is available to licenced users of all Ubercode products for 1 year from date of purchase, and covers anything related to installing and using Ubercode. Technical Support is available by email and Ubercode Software aims to respond to requests within one business day. Ubercode Software treats all support requests as important, and aims to give a polite, accurate and speedy response.

Minors. Orders can only be accepted from adults (over 18). If you are under 18, please do not use this order form. It is OK to download the Trial Pack.

Non-delivery. If your Order does not arrive within 10 working days, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact Ubercode Software (details below). Keep any damaged goods and/or packaging for inspection. Ubercode Software will check the progress of the Order, and arrange delivery, refund or replacement.

Ordering. You can order online using a credit card, or an American Express card. You can also order by fax. Ubercode Software use Northstar Solutions as their billing agent.

Postage, Packing and Insurance. This is included in the purchase price for all physical products.

Privacy. Your name, address, email and phone number (if provided) are kept on file so you can be informed about bug fixes, updates and improvements. Ubercode Software will not make this information available to any other organization, except when forced to by law. If you request it, your details can be deleted at any time. Credit card payments are processed by a third party (Northstar Solutions) and Ubercode Software does not have your credit card details.

Receipt. You will be emailed a receipt after placing your order.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied with any Ubercode product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products should be returned in original condition for a refund.

Sales Tax and Customs Duties. All deliveries have attached to them a CN22 Declaration (description of goods). Please ensure you comply with any import or tax regulations that are applicable in your Country.

Volume Discounts. Orders of 10 or more of the same product are entitled to a volume discount of 10%. To take advantage of the volume pricing, the order must be for delivery to a single location.
